Shipping Policy

All Pony Tails Jewellery pieces are lovingly handcrafted to order using your horse's hair, donkey's mane or tail, or dog's fur. Please allow time for careful crafting and secure shipping.

📦 Custom Order Process & Timeline

Your keepsake is custom made just for you. Here’s what to expect:

  1. Place your order online - payment is processed at checkout to secure your custom order

  2. Post your hair or fur sample (instructions will be emailed after checkout)

  3. I handcraft your unique piece – usually within 10-14 days but please allow up to 3 weeks during busy periods

  4. Once complete, I'll send you a photo for approval before carefully packaging and shipping your keepsake

🧾 Hair Submission

  • Full hair collection and posting instructions will be sent after you place your order

  • A minimum length and amount is required for each keepsake (please refer to the Ordering Guide)

  • Please send your hair sample within 5 days of ordering

  • There’s no need to wash the hair - I will gently prepare it for you

  • UK - Free shipping on all orders

  • EU - £14.99 

⏳ Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)

  • UK - 1 to 3 business days

  • EU - 5 to 10 business days

📬 Tracking

All orders are sent via tracked delivery, and you’ll receive tracking details by email once your keepsake has been dispatched.
